Designed with controlled penetration, this oil-based stain ensures a consistent color tone without streaks or lap marks. It is suitable for all types of wood, whether unfinished or previously finished, and can even be applied over painted or varnished surfaces to create a beautiful wood grain effect. I for use on cabinets, floors, paneling, antiques, doors, wood trim, unfinished furniture, as well as steel and fiberglass doors, this stain covers up to 200 square feet per half pint depending on the wood’s porosity. Allow three hours for drying time, and protect your finish by top coating with ZAR® Polyurethane. Application is easy with a lint- cloth, foam applicator, or natural bristle brush.
