The base is a hand-blended whole-leaf black tea from Kerala's high-elevation gardens in the Western Ghats, layered with five traditional chai spices and a soft note of vanilla. The same misty hill country that produces our tea produces the spices that go into the tin. Cardamom and cinnamon lead the cup. Ginger and cloves add warmth. Black pepper sharpens the finish.
