Osi Quad Foam 21.1 oz. Window & Door Foam Sealant is a single component, low pressure polyurethane foam designed specifically for use with the QUAD window installation system. This minimal expansion foam is dispensed in bead form, making it i for sealing gaps, cracks, holes, and voids around windows and doors in various construction projects. It exhibits slight to moderate expansion during application and cures upon reaction with moisture to form a flexible, urethane foam that effectively stops air and moisture infiltration. The closed cell structure of the cured foam provides an R factor of 5 per inch, ing excellent insulation by reducing warm and cold air loss between windows and rough frames. This foam will not warp or deform windows and doors and adheres well to all types of building materials, including wood, concrete, and drywall. It is also compatible with asphalt and butyl flexible flashing and complies with all Federal and State VOC regulations. For results, use with an applicator tool. A 1/4" bead delivers approximately 5315 feet of foam.
