Description

A classic paddle design is for making candy or tracking oil temperatures for deep frying. The KitchenAid design has a curved stainless Steel body that hugs the cookware sides for easier stirring and more evenly heated and consistent results. Includes an adjustable pan clip with silicone coating that securely affixes the thermometer to almost all pan types and prevents scratching. An oversized stay cool handle provided easy removal from the pan after use. Large, bold numbers are easy to read. Key temperatures ranges Are printed directly on the stainless to help monitor the cooking temperatures. Important: thermometer will be hot after use. Use potholders or oven mitts when handling hot thermometer.
