Whiteside Double Roundover Bit 1/2 in. SH x 1/8 in. R is a versatile router bit designed to cut a full thickness profile in a single pass. This bit features an adjustable cutting length, allowing you to create a top and bottom round over on materials of varying thicknesses simultaneously. Shims are included to easily add or remove for length adjustment. It comes with a 7/8" OD center pilot bearing (RB5) for a flush round over, and you can use RB20 or RB27 bearings (sold separately) for deeper beads of 1/16" or 1/8" respectively. The maximum spread between the top and bottom of fully shimmed cutters is 1-5/8". This two-wing bit is carbide tipped for durability and precision.
