For results, any chalky or efflorescence deposits should be removed by etching the surface before application. The formula is alkali-resistant and can be applied to slightly damp surfaces below ground, although dry surfaces yield outcome. Its low odor and VOC/VOS compliant formula make it easy to work with, and cleanup requires only soap and water.
