Whiteside Double Roundover Bit 1/2 in. SH x 3/16 in. R is a versatile router bit designed to cut a full thickness profile in a single pass. It features an adjustable cutting length that allows you to create a top and bottom round over on materials of varying thickness simultaneously. The bit includes shims to easily adjust the cutting length, and it comes with a 7/8" OD center pilot bearing (RB5) for a flush round over. For different bead depths, you can use RB20 or RB27 bearings, which are sold separately. The maximum spread between the top and bottom of fully shimmed cutters is 1-5/8".
