It has been formulated to conform to regulations limiting the amount of volitle organic compounds contained in chemical coatings
This primer is compatible with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust brand finishes
This primer is not compatible with top coats that contain strong solvents such as automotive finishes

Dries to touch in 2 to 4 hours, to handle in 5 to 9 hours and to recoat in 24 hours
Thin with no more than half pint paint thinner per gallon
Clean tools and equipment with paint thinner or mineral spirits
